Hi, Welcome to my website!
I am a Quantitative User Researcher at Google.
I use log analysis, statistical modeling, NLP, and survey method to understand users' behaviors,
motivations, and sentiment.
Before joining Google, I was a postdoctoral researcher in Psychology at the University of Washington
Seattle. I obtained my Ph.D degree in Educational Psychology focused on Cognitive Science of Teaching
and Learning at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2017.
My research focused on reading, learning, and attention. I combined cognitive psychology (Eye-tracking,
EEG, ERPs, and fMRI) and computational modeling approaches to investigate the individual differences
in learning and language processing in different contexts and develop methods to automatically detect
attention changes during learning. I have received over 30 prestigious international and national
fellowships, awards, and grants for my research.
Besides research, I enjoy cooking, gardening, traveling and photography.
